Get Help Through Our Program
To help small businesses and nonprofits who qualify for Miami Open for Business, we have partnered with organizations who know about the program and can help you with your application. If you already received funding, they can also help you make decisions about how to use the grant or loan.
Types of help you can get through these organizations:
- OFB application assistance
- Registering your business or nonprofit properly
- Getting your business visible online
- Bookkeeping and accounting, including cash flow projections or fundraising/donations
If your business is in one of these neighborhoods, you can work directly with an organization supported through the Open for Business program:
- Homestead, Florida City, Leisure City or Naranja: South Dade Connections
- Overtown: aire ventures

- Apply to get support here.
- Liberty City, Little Haiti or Brownsville: 79th Street Corridor Initiative
- Miami Gardens or Opa Locka: Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce
- North Miami or North Miami Beach: Branches
If you are an organization that has already received funding through Open for Business or is considering applying for funding, contact:
- Nonprofits can work with: Radical Partners.
- Don’t live in one of the target communities? Small businesses can still get support through: Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC)
